Open Position:

SPE (Senior Process Executive)

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Minimum Experience: 1+ year in International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal communication skills required
• Pure International Voice Process experience mandatory
• Candidates with only Email, Chat, Blended, or Semi-Voice experience are not eligible
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
• Willingness to work from office is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US
• Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow process guidelines, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant system
