Job highlights

• 4+ years in technology application implementation with expertise in metadata management, data governance, and data modeling including ER and dimensional models
• Lead end-to-end technology product implementation, build operating models, onboard users, and conduct training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience within technology application implementation
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and operationalizing technology products across large organizations.
• Experience building operating models, onboarding processes, and conducting training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with metadata management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (ER, dimensional, canonical models).
• Prior experience migrating models from other tools (e.g., Visual Paradigm, Power Designer) to Erwin.
• Knowledge of integration with other data management tools (e.g., data dictionaries, data quality tools).
