Role Overview

We are looking for a Front-End Email Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, reusable, and scalable email templates that support marketing, lifecycle, and CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, MJML, and Handlebars.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly email experiences.
• Build reusable email components and template libraries.
• Integrate templates with ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Litmus, and Mailchimp.
• Implement dynamic content, personalization, and conditional logic.
• Ensure compatibility across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo, and mobile devices.
• Perform QA testing and resolve rendering issues.
• Optimize templates for accessibility, performance, and deliverability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to launch campaigns on time.
• Support campaign tracking, analytics, A/B testing, and maintain documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of email/front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, MJML, and Handlebars.
• Experience with responsive email development and cross-client compatibility.
• Experience integrating templates with ESP platforms.
• Knowledge of email personalization, deliverability, and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and QA testing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Litmus, Braze, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and email scripting languages (AMPscript, Liquid, etc.).
• Experience supporting CRM, lifecycle, and retention marketing programs.
