Job highlights

• 8+ years experience in IBM DataStage with strong ETL development and testing skills, knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and familiarity with scheduling tools; preferred experience in PySpark and AWS

• Design and build scalable DataStage solutions, monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, update data repositories, and provide customer support on data handling issues

• 8+ years of Project Experience in IBM DataStage

• Aware of Datawarehouse concepts

• Comfortable with SQL, PL/SQL and Unix

• Should be good in ETL Development and Testing

• Should be aware of any scheduling tool

• Able to perform task once picked up

• Individually manage end to end work

• Reviewing and discussing briefs with key personnel assigned to projects.

• Designing and building scalable DataStage solutions.

• Updating data within repositories, data marts, and data warehouses.

• Monitoring jobs and identifying bottlenecks in the data processing pipeline.

• Testing and troubleshooting problems in ETL system designs and processes.

• Improving existing ETL approaches and solutions used by the company.

• Providing support to customers about issues relating to the storage, handling, and access of data.

• Experience in PySpark is preferred

• Good to have knowledge on Python

• Good to have Knowledge of AWS environment (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM etc)
