We are into exports of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials and there is opening for Purchase executive for APIs

Job Description:

• Purchase of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials

• Negotiating with manufacturers for price, delivery and payments.

• Identifying new suppliers.

• Comparing different supplier prices.

• Making and updating records of products and suppliers.

• Monitoring of pending payment of supplier & co-ordination with Account department of timely release of payment.

• Making a Purchase Order and placing the order with the suppliers.

• Follow up with the factory for Dispatch and pass the same info to the Logistics department.

• Follow up with the factory for sample dispatches and updating records to the supplier on the quality of the samples.

• Taking relevant documents from manufacturers required for customs and export purposes.

• Planning deliveries & dispatches and co-ordination with the Logistics department for the same.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the customers requirements and expectation
