What they need
We have urgent opening for Executive- Purchase (Packing Material).
Job Discriptions
Procurement of packaging materials for GOA plant, UK plant, TCL & NOVA.
Procurement of packaging material for R&D unit.
3.Daily activities like stock checking MIRO / MIGO, service sheet, GRN entry.
SAP routine activities like open PR statement.
Inventory control as per production planning.
Bill booking & Payment follow up.
Monthly MIS Report.
Daily follow up for urgent materials.
New vendor development & registration of vendor.
Documentation support to QA, QC, R&D & Regulatory team.
Rate Negotiation.
12.Convert purchase requisitions & Create purchase orders.
Daily coordination with PPIC team for their requirement.
Artwork follow up & approvals.
Resolve vendor grievances, and other issues of procurement.
16.Transportation & logistic coordination.
17.Container planning with Logistic team.
- Keep track of market movement of resin price, board and paper.
