We’re seeking a talented and dedicated Opening Line Cook to help us serve up great meals and keep our kitchen running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Opening Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen is ready for a busy and successful day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up the line and preparing the kitchen for service.
• Prepping ingredients and stocking stations to meet lunch rush demands.
• Cooking and preparing dishes using fryers, grills, and flat tops.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals.

Your shift will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on preparing for and executing our busy lunch service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using fryers, grills, and flat tops.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food.
