Opening Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of new store openings.
• Support operational setup, including store readiness, systems, and processes.
• Train, guide, and mentor newly hired store team members.
• Ensure adherence to company standards in customer service, product quality, and store operations.
• Act as a role model in delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training and store opening processes.
• Coordinate with management and other teams during pre-opening and opening phases.
• Adapt to different store environments and team dynamics as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior High School graduate.
• Preferably with relevant experience in a similar role; experience as a Team Leader is an advantage.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and work on a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines during store openings.

Work Environment:

• Field-based role with frequent travel to various store locations.
• Dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially during opening periods.
