A successful team member is high-energy, lives our company’s culture and values while assisting the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 to apply.

Out of High School

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift in the restaurant.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and guests.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work three-to-eight-hour shifts (this may vary).
• Expect some early mornings and/or holiday hours and potential additional responsibilities.
• Demonstrate Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values in all interactions.
• Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
• Work in a fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
