Location: Bangalore Salary: 10 LPA Role: Banking and Insurance process
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with insurance policy details, renewals, premium payments, and policy-related services.
Provide accurate information regarding policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, renewals, and service requests.
Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with insurance and banking experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
