Roles Responsibilities

• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Works closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams, providing daily first- and second-level support for Endur-related issues.
• Diagnoses and resolves Endur tickets, exploring all potential resolution methods, including collaborating with Development and Business Analyst (BA) teams to ensure a comprehensive solution.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date ticket records in ticket management systems such as Jira, proactively updating status changes and resolutions.
• Works in rotational shifts and ensures a seamless handover of daily support tasks to the next shift team member.
• Acts as a trusted partner to business users, contributing as part of a diverse project team and serving as a recognized Endur support expert.
• Understands and assesses deal modelling changes that impact the system from a support perspective.
• Identifies opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Stays updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) processes, ensuring continuous knowledge enhancement.

Skill and Qualifications

• Should have a strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business - Oil, Gas, Power, Commodities.
• Minimum 3+ years experience of Openlink Endur in EOD monitoring and BAU support, including v14 upwards is essential.
• Experience in working on the Endur Modules - Admin, Service Manager, Trading Manager, Market Manager and Operations Manager and the EOD process.
• Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes.
• Understanding of several commodities/asset classes and its implementation across multiple Openlink clients.
• Preferably working knowledge of more technical aspects of Endur such as APM, Report Builder, TPM is advantageous.
• Understanding of software implementation and testing principles - SDLC.
• Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices.
• Ability to self-motivate, work without supervision and prioritize workload under pressure.

• Should be able to work with the team or independently to understand the business problems and perform the tasks to resolve the BAU issues while ensuring high performance.
• Self-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design and configuration.
