Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure OpenText Content Server / xECM landscapes.
• Define the long-term roadmap and strategy for Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Integrate OpenText with platforms such as SAP, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
• Connect structured and unstructured business data using SAP ArchiveLink, Web Services, and Business Workspaces.
• Configure metadata models, workflows, search optimization, and Smart UI components.
• Provide technical guidance on OpenText configuration, customization, and best practices.
• Lead migration, upgrade, and legacy content modernization initiatives.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, governance, and records retention policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
