Please find the job description below:

• Define the microservices decomposition strategy (e.g., strangler-fig pattern) and service/domain boundaries for the monolith
• Own the technical roadmap for migrating from .NET Framework to modern .NET (.NET 8+)
• Architect containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes deployment topology for Linux environments, including networking, scaling, and service mesh considerations
• Define API contracts, inter-service communication (REST/gRPC/messaging), and data ownership boundaries
• Produce high-quality architecture and design specifications; deliver POCs and estimates at short notice on technology choices
• Lead architecture/design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Set standards for observability, security, and GitLab CI/CD across all microservices
• Mentor Lead and Senior Engineers; guide them to deliver high-quality design and code
• Work across teams (including the UI/Frontend team) to ensure interoperability and integration
