OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including scanned copies of invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform quality checks on processed invoices before submitting them for payment.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Opentext VIM or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of functional & enhancement requirements related to application management services (AMS).
• Proficiency in working with various modules within Opentext VIM such as AP, AR, GL, etc.
