Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into VIM functional/technical solutions.
• Configure invoice processing, workflows, approvals, exception handling, and validations.
• Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support.
• Work with business and technical teams throughout implementation and support activities.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in OpenText VIM.
• Strong hands-on experience with VIM configuration and workflow.
• Experience with SAP FI/MM integration and invoice processing.
• Good understanding of SAP Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with VIM troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with OpenText VIM 16.x / VIM 20.x.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Workflow, OCR, and Business Rules Framework (BRF+).
• Exposure to VIM implementation or migration projects.
