- Troubleshoot issues related to Opentext VIM implementations, providing timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in implementing Opentext VIM solutions or similar document management systems.
- Strong understanding of OpenText VIM architecture, features, and functionality.
- Experience working with various operating systems (Windows, macOS) and databases (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
