¿Te gusta la cocina y el trabajo en equipo? En Goddard Catering Group buscamos un/a Operario/a de Cocina para nuestra planta de producción UPR.

Tu misión: elaborar comidas de calidad según las especificaciones de cada cliente, cuidando la seguridad alimentaria y minimizando el desperdicio.

Qué vas a hacer:

• Cocinar comidas variadas siguiendo recetas y especificaciones del cliente.

• Apoyar al equipo en la organización y priorización de las elaboraciones del día.

• Registrar temperaturas y controles de seguridad alimentaria.

• Completar los registros diarios del puesto.

• Cuidar los equipos y utensilios, y mantener el orden y la limpieza del área.

• Participar en el sistema de gestión Lean y proponer mejoras.

Qué buscamos:

• Experiencia en cocina, preferentemente en producción o cocina industrial.

• Se valoran ciclo básico completo y cursos de cocina.

• Dinamismo, iniciativa y tolerancia a la presión.

• Buena comunicación y disposición para el trabajo en equipo.

Horario: 14 a 22 h, régimen 6x1.
