Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Opérateur de machine to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various industrial machines to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation, programming, and maintenance will ensure efficient production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other manufacturing equipment to produce precision parts.
• Program and adjust CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and CNC programming techniques to meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate machining and assembly.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of machinery such as Fanuc controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality standards during production.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Operate forklifts safely for material handling within the warehouse or production area.
• Assist in packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to promote a safe working environment.

Experience

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls, CNC programming, and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical principles, welding techniques, and assembly processes.
• Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks is a plus for understanding design specifications.
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
• Prior involvement in quality control procedures within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay: $17.32-$31.86 per hour
