Operating Engineer - ARB
Location: Pune
Company: Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Operate forging presses, upsetter, or other forging equipment.
- Set up machines as per job specifications and production plans.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stroke.
- Check dimensions, shape, and surface quality of forged parts.
- Perform visual inspections for cracks, laps, underfills, and other defects.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
- Meet production targets and cycle time requirements.
- Record production data and inspection results.
- Maintain shift logs and machine checklists.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mech
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
