Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Circulator

Salary Range: $70K - $90K

Schedule: Typically, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Call: 1–2 call shifts per week; 30-minute callback response

Sign-on Bonus: Yes

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The OR supports orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, robotic-assisted procedures, and other perioperative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care throughout the pre-, intra-, and post-operative process.
• Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Circulate during surgical procedures and anticipate surgical team needs.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.
• Support efficient OR workflow and high-quality patient outcomes.
• May float to Endoscopy as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Surgery/Operating Room Circulating RN experience required
• Active North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license with NC endorsement
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Must be able to meet the 30-minute callback requirement
