Operating Room Technician

• Prepares all machines and equipment needed for the surgical procedure and ensures they are functioning properly according to the surgeon’s preference.
• Provides technical assistance to operate all machines and specialized equipment for the surgical team during the entire procedure
• Manages relevant material resources and quality control of machines and equipment used with surgical services.
• Minimizes the risk of transfer of infection, accidental contamination, and protects the patient from injury or harm, and maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.

QUALIFICATION:

• At least a high school graduate with training/certification for National Certificate II in Electronic Servicing.
• Preferably Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified.
• At least with 6-12 months of experience as an OR Technician.
