About the Role

We are seeking experienced Operating Theatre Technicians with current acute hospital experience across a variety of surgical specialties.

Successful applicants will be confident working within multidisciplinary theatre teams while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, infection prevention and workplace safety.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 12 months recent Operating Theatre Technician experience in an Australian acute hospital
• Demonstrated experience assisting across a range of surgical specialties
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital environments
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current National Police Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Current immunisation evidence in line with hospital requirements

Desirable

• Experience in public and private hospitals
• Flexibility to work across multiple hospital sites
• Additional perioperative competencies
