OPERATION ADMIN ASSISTANT

• Assigned task to Repair & Maintenance (RNM) personnel.
• Monitor the works to all repair conducted.
• Check service report form submitted by the RNM and coordinate with Area Coordinators (AC) to verify the authenticity of SRF.
• Process and monitor request for budget of RNM.
• Prepare DTR and OT form of RNM
• Check gas, maintenance and budget request liquidation.
• Handle Pest Control & Lease Contract, Filing & Renewal.
• Perform other task that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Associate’s degree or diploma with relevant experience is also accepted.

Others;

• Amenable to work from Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
• Willing to be assigned at 7th FLR MC SQUARE BLDG. CORNER MINDANAO AVE. BRGY. TANDANG SORA Q.C

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
