Operation Admin

• Responsible for handling all company vehicle maintenance, emergencies, and permit applications.

• Responsible for daily driver delivery route planning.

• Responsible for updating delivery logistics status.

• Responsible for processing transportation invoices and customer repayment status.

• Responsible for fulfilling all customer orders and system updates.

• Supervise the work progress of packers.

• Responsible for coordinating with 3rd-party forwarding agents and delivery companies.

• Responsible for collaborating with the finance department to handle transportation and delivery costs and Pricing.

• Respond to all messages from WhatsApp, WeChat, and emails.

• Assist in handling Two-way Malaysia-Singapore transportation documents.

• Facilitate communication with other internal departments and external parties.

• Assist in improving and updating the company's logistics system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
