Operation Admin

• Handle daily administrative tasks and operational paper works.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
• Manage filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other documents.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, deliveries, Installation dates or other operational activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
• Track operational data and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, or suppliers when necessary.
• Maintain records of issued and received supplies or materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• At least 2-5 years of Experience.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
