Operation Admin

Job summary

• Responsibility for all inbound and outbound operations
• Coordinating delivery arrangements, liaising with the riders/drivers/sub-contractors, attending to customers inquiries, etc
• Handles administrative matters such as reports preparation, data entry, filing, etc
• Maintain and improve warehouse operations to maximize the utilization of space and productivity

Job Requirements

• Preferred experience in courier or postal services
• Computer literacy. Proficient in Microsoft skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent physical strength and stamina
