Operation Admin

JOB LOCATION:

Taman Lagenda Suria, Hulu Langat.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inventory Management:

• Handle and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts.
• Organize and maintain warehouse/storage areas for optimal efficiency.
• Update inventory records in our system regularly.

2. Order Fulfillment:

• Pack items for delivery, ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and secured.
• Prepare delivery documents, including invoices and shipping labels.

3. Customer Monitoring:

• Monitor customer orders and progress, ensuring timely updates and communication.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries promptly.

4. Stock Updates:

• Regularly update stock levels and product listings on Shopee and TikTok.
• Monitor online store performance and address any issues related to inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Training will be provided.
• Proven experience in operations or inventory management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and online marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
