Operation Admin (Shipment)

• Basic up to $3,000 + $15 night shift allowance + OT + Bonus
• 5 days work week
• Able to commit to OT (including weekends and PH)

About the role

Operations Admin role involving document management, order processing, and warehouse coordination. You will verify customer shipping requirements, ensure timely sales order issuance and billing, manage ERP system operations, and communicate with customers and internal teams to fulfil orders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify documents
• Verify customer shipping requirements and mode
• Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents in ERP system
• Update documents in Excel and communicate information to operations team
• Match packing documents with shipment management system (SMS)
• Perform ERP system tasks such as Purchase Request, Receipt and Stock Transfer
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validation and update into ERP system
• Communicate with customers through Email, Teams, and phone to achieve and meet customer requirements
• Liaise with various teams to fulfil customer orders when needed
• Complete ad-hoc jobs assigned by supervisors and/or managers

Requirement

• Nitec and above qualification
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
• Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role
• Able to commit to overtime including weekends and public holidays
