Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze sales and operational data, develop dashboards and reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sales management systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Use SQL and advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, for data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare business intelligence reports and sales analytics dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting, planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and analyze data within Salesforce and other CRM/sales management systems.
• Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and data analysis functions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or sales management platforms.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business intelligence visualizations.
• Understanding of business processes, forecasting, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

About the Role

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
