香港錢大媽生鮮食品連鎖有限公司是廣州市錢大媽農產品有限公司旗下連鎖品牌，專營新鮮食材市場，滿足消費者對食材產品的新鮮需求為核心，以「不賣隔夜肉」為經營理念。目前公司經營的品類有肉類、蔬菜、水果、水產、綜合(如雞蛋，粉麵)等五大類別逾500種優質食品，滿足家庭三餐食材需求。在經營管理上，顛覆了傳統農產品流通與銷售模式，店面每天19：00開始打折，每隔半個小時再打低一折，直至免費派送。錢大媽所有門店經營的所有產品均要求當天銷售完畢，決不隔夜銷售，顧客買得放心，吃得安心！

Responsibilities Collect and organize operational data across departments; prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports; utilize charts to visualize data and help track key performance indicators.

Support daily operational workflows, analyze process bottlenecks, and assist in coordinating system feature upgrades or business enhancement projects.

Handle data entry, data consolidation, document approval follow-ups, report preparation, filing system maintenance, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Assist the finance team with basic data verification and entry, expense receipt processing, and invoice sorting to ensure data accuracy.

Greet clients, answer and route incoming phone calls with appropriate follow-ups; act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors and monitor service delivery.

Monitor office supply inventory levels and place restock orders within budgeted limits.

Perform all other related duties as requested.

Requirements University degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines;

At least 2 years’ relevant experience;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility;

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
