Operation Analyst - Tasdeeq Information Services Limited

Our client Tasdeeq Information Services Limited is hiring a Operation Analyst in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret operational data to support decision-making processes.

• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare detailed reports based on performance metrics and key indicators.

• Collaborate with various departments to optimize work flows and reduce redundancies.

• Monitor process adherence and compliance with established protocols.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation of operational procedures.

• Conduct regular assessments of operational systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Support management in developing strategic plans to address business challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operation Analyst or similar role, with at least 1–2 years in a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools, such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex analyses into easily understandable insights.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.

• Knowledge of industry best practices in operational processes and systems.

Work Environment:
