Operation & Admin Executive

About the role

We are a growing food manufacturing company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily operations. If you are organized and able to work closely with different departments, we welcome you to join our team!

📝 Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate closely with the production team on stock movement and order status

·         Update and maintain stock records in the system

·         Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation

·         Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices accurately and on time

·         Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

·         Perform data entry and ensure records are up-to-date

·         Handle general administrative duties and office support

✅ Requirements:

·         Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field

·         Experience in admin role is an advantage

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

·         Good communication skills to liaise with production and customers

·         Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

·         Able to work independently and meet deadlines
