Range Salary    : Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Work Days        : Monday - Friday

Exciting opportunity for Mandarin speakers! We are looking for an Operation & Customer Service Mandarin Speaker to support our freight forwarding business.

POSITION SUMMARY
You'll be the key link between our operations team and our Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors, you will support shipment coordination, import/export documentation, coordinating shipments, and keeping the process running smoothly from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major;
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of Microsoft Office;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, EXIM, or related fields is a plus;
• SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn;
• Able to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate shipments and follow up on delivery schedules;
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and business partners;
• Assist with Import/Export documentation and shipping documents;
• Prepare and verify documents and invoices;
• Coordinate with Sales, Operation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery;
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Support data entry and document filing
• Ensure all operational processes follow company procedures and regulations.
