Operation & Dispatch Execution

• Monitor and execute daily logistics dispatch operations, including:
  LSR scheduling and dispatch
  Booking acknowledgements
  Pickup, transit, and delivery monitoring
  pecimen collection and arrival at destination laboratories
  Pullout, return, and dispatch of consumables, patient results, and invoices
  Ensure transport activities meet defined turnaround times, specimen integrity, and safety standards.
  Act as the first-level escalation point for operational disruptions, delays, or non-conformities.
  Ensure continuity of operations during staff absences, disruptions, or peak demand periods.

• Team & People Management

Monitor Logistics Service Representatives (LSRs) and dispatch staff in terms of workload, schedules, and task assignments.
Assist the Supervisor in onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with the Agency Team Leader (on-site) regarding attendance, liquidation, and reimbursement concerns

• Vendor & 3PL Coordination
  Coordinate daily operations with accredited third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure service compliance.
  Participate in regular alignment meetings with 3PL partners to address issues and improvement actions.
  Support the Logistics Supervisor in relationship-building activities.

• Monitoring, Reporting & Data Accuracy

Ensure accurate and timely submission of:
Daily dispatch and incident logs
Delivery monitoring & Census reports
Validate administrative and operational reports, including:
Attendance and overtime
Revolving fund utilization
Inventory accountability (LSR-issued items and consumables per client)

• Compliance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Ensure adherence to SOPs related to biosafety, specimen handling, transport security, and chain-of-custody.
Support incident documentation, root cause analysis, and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Analyze operational issues and contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Support audits, spot checks, and report sampling to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
