Operation and Logistic Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage shipments across sea, air, and land transport.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timelydelivery.
• Coordinate and ensure the completeness and readiness of all required shipping documentation for submission from suppliers to freight forwarders
• Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage job scheduling and provide administrative support to the service engineers
• Issue service-related purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of order details.
• Verify invoices against job records, quotations, and completed work before submission.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics and service activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes (sea, air, land) and documentation (e.g.,invoice, packing list, BL/AWB).
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SAP/ERP systems will be an added advantage
