Operation & Maintenance Admin

What you'll be doing?

• Handle customer enquiries & coordinate Operation & Maintenance service requests.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports and Operation & Maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, suppliers and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
• Update maintenance records, service reports and asset database.
• Monitor service tickets and ensure timely closure.
• Assist in preparing monthly Operation & Maintenance performance reports.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in administration or customer service. Experience in solar or engineering industry is an added advantage.
• Language skills: Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Core skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Workspace.
• Soft skills: Able to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, responsible, organized, detailed oriented, have good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.
