Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

Maintenance & Shift Engineer will lead one of our work sites situated inside a Japanese Auto Plant. He will be responsible for complete Operations & Maintenance of the work sites.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead day to day Operations & Maintenance of the equipment's at the site.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment's with Periodical Maintenance Plan.
• Responsible for all Safety and PPE standards.
• 5S Principles & Lean Operations with TQM.
• Ability to report Weekly Operations to the Management
• SPOC for all Operational & Technical queries at the site.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• BE Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in the area of operations & maintenance.
• 5S understanding & TQM.
• Electrical Knowledge is a must, should be able to troubleshoot electrical control panel issues

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
