Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Hiring: Maintenance Engineer In-Charge

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer In-Charge to join our team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in a maintenance-related role
• UAE driving license preferred
• Basic AutoCAD drawing skills (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of market rates for maintenance and repair materials
• Practical knowledge of AC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations
• Provide timely reporting and regular updates to management
• Coordinate with technicians and external service providers
• Follow up on maintenance tasks to ensure completion as per schedule
• Monitor material usage and cost control

Salary:

AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience)
