Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer/ Technician

• To manage resources planning, and manage preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance jobs as per the planning and schedule arrangement.
• To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• To arrange or attend any electrical breakdowns related to solar PV systems, initiate fault diagnosis and corrective actions for assigned solar PV projects.
• To provide technical reports for any breakdown, corrective actions and periodic maintenance performed.
• To monitor system performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical performance reports.
• To complete project technical studies, design, and prepare cost estimation.
• To review project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) before Testing & Commissioning of solar PV projects, to ensure the projects specifications comply with standards and meet contract requirements.

Job Requirements

• Possess 2 years working experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects.
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with Large Scale Solar experience.
