Operation and Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operation and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing procurement processes, coordinating supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain (85%)

• Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Track warehouse stock levels, maintain accurate inventory counts, and generate regular inventory reports.
• Supplier & Purchasing Management: Communicate with existing local and international suppliers, place reorders, track delivery schedules, and source potential new vendors/products.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee inbound orders and coordinate timely fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage freight and shipping logistics with carrier partners to optimize lead times and transit costs.
• E-Commerce Platform Management: Update, manage, and maintain product listings, pricing, and back-in-stock alerts on our Shopify store.

- B2B Sales & Market Growth (15%)

• B2B Outreach: Connect with local business clients to introduce new inventory and promote upcoming product lines.
• Customer Retention: Proactively follow up with existing customers when requested items or backordered stock become available.
• Market Expansion & Pricing: Assist in researching local market opportunities and updating B2B price lists and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, or logistics.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing a Shopify platform (catalog updates, inventory syncing, back-in-stock notifications).
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance back-office operations with light B2B client interaction.
• Self-Motivated: Comfortable managing daily task lists independently.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
