Operation Assistant (Admin/ Coordination/ Supply Chain/ Ship Chandler)

Job Descriptions

• Coordinate day-to-day vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
• Track shipments and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Support agency services as required.
• Maintain clear records of orders, communications, and operational activities.
• Attend to urgent operational requests, even outside standard working hours (when necessary).
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality and customer service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, supply chain, or customer coordination.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise with vessel agents, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and respond to urgent operational requests when required.
