Operation Assistant (BANK)

Location: Metropolitan, 235 Dong Khoi, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC Working time: Mon–Fri | 8:30–17:30

Salary: 9,000,000 - 10,700,000

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
• Prepare regular reports, summaries and presentations accurately and within required deadlines.
• Use Excel functions and data analysis tools to organize, reconcile and interpret information.
• Work with internal teams to collect, verify and reconcile data, supporting daily operational activities.
• Support daily operations through relevant banking/IT systems, while following established procedures, internal controls and data-security requirements.
• Prepare presentation slides and logistics for client events, including webinars.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Strong/Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT background and ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Understanding of banking systems, banking operations or financial services is preferred.
• Previous experience in banking, finance, operations, data management or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow processes, controls and data-security requirements.
