Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-today operational activities
- Travel to meet tenants for inspections, handovers, or issue resolution
- Ensure smooth property or business operations
- Send follow-up messages and manage tenant communication
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin (mandatory)
- Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (added advantage)
- Basic computer skills and data organization
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
- Must have own transportation
