What they need
- Assist to handle local shipment and dealing with lorry drivers.
- Handle PO issuance.
- Assist in updating purchasing records / data and pricing in the system.
- Assist prepare customer orders reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.
- Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site / store on time.
- Handle and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
- Review and resolve supplier D/O and invoice discrepancies.
