Job Description – Operation Assistant
- Process daily pawn transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with pawning, redemption, renewal, and related enquiries.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company SOPs and policies.
- Verify customer documents and transaction details.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure proper safekeeping of pledged items and documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the branch.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
- Support branch operations and perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Preferred applicant with age 30 & below.
- Vacant post at area : Pudu
