What they need
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics and Transportation Department.
- Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations and coordinate delivery-related activities.
- Perform document filing, data entry, and other administrative duties.
- Monitor and follow up on daily delivery schedules and progress.
- Communicate with customers to handle order inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese to effectively coordinate with our China operation team.
- Possess good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Candidates with experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service will have an added advantage.
