Operation Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Operation support to the business daily
• Daily data entry of outlet's purchase order
• Prepare operational analysis, reports, and recommendations
• Monitor Inventory level and assist in inventory replenishment
• Provide general administrative support
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Management

Job Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• 1 year of relevant experience in sizeable chain catering outlets is preferred
• Familiar with food import procedures, shipping arrangements, and customs declaration (報關) preferred
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills along with a positive and driven attitude
• Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in Cantonese, spoken and written English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
