Operation Assistant

An e-commerce operations assistant supports daily online store activities, manages product listings, and coordinates order fulfillment and inventory

Key Responsibilities

·       Product Management: Upload and update product descriptions, prices, categories, and images on e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Amazon).

·       Order Fulfillment: Monitor incoming orders, track delivery statuses, and coordinate with warehouses or logistics providers.

·       Inventory Control: Check stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and report low inventory or discrepancies.

·       Customer Support: Assist with pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

·       Administrative Support: Run data entry, prepare performance reports in Excel, and help execute marketing campaigns and other area in the office.

·       Qualifications and Skills

·       Education: Diploma in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

·       Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms or content management systems like WordPress.

·       Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills to work across teams.

·       Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant retail, logistics, or administrative experience (fresh graduates are often welcome).
