About the role
An Operation Assistant role managing and supporting 5–10 assigned streamers. You will recruit and source potential streamers, communicate regularly with them, coordinate with the Operation Team regarding streamer activities and updates, follow up on streaming schedules and performance, and ensure smooth communication between streamers and the operation team.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and source potential streamers
- Manage and monitor 5–10 streamers assigned to you
- Communicate regularly with streamers and provide necessary assistance
- Coordinate with the Operation Team regarding streamer activities and updates
- Follow up with streamers on their streaming schedules, attendance, and performance
- Assist with daily coordination and operational tasks
- Ensure smooth communication between streamers and the operation team
- Handle other tasks related to daily streamer operations when required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple streamers and tasks effectively
- Responsible, organised, and proactive
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
