Operation Assistant

Main Duties:

• Daily and monthly data reporting and analysis;
• Managing retail inventory deductions, planning replenishment, and placing orders with Warehouse;
• Outsdie work:including restocking and shelf display organization at supermarket;
• Handling courier services and sending packages;
• Assisting with system updates and optimizations, as well as data entry and organization;
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements of the Job:

• Form 3 graduate / HKDSE or above, with priority given to candidates with relevant experience in logistics;
• 1–3 years relevant working experience preferred；
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and  PivotTable;
• Comfortable working with numbers and handling sales / inventory data;
• Detail-minded and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry;
• Basic knowledge of inventory replenishment would be an advantage;
• Able to handle FedEx / DHL online shipment bookings;
• Willing to assist with occasional receiving and movement of goods using a trolley;
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn;
• Good command of Cantonese; basic written English and Chinese sufficient for daily work.。
